Upgrade is seeking a Senior Collections Strategy Analyst to own analytics and strategy across post-charge-off and pre-charge-off recovery operations. You will build reporting infrastructure, testing frameworks, and cross-functional partnerships to manage third-party agencies, dialer strategy, and DSC relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years in a quantitative, analytics, or strategy role in collections, credit risk, or recovery operations.
• Experience with dialer strategy, agency management, debt sales, DSC/settlement, or hardship programs is highly preferred.
• Advanced SQL and ability to query large datasets independently; strong dashboarding with Tableau.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Python or R for analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design a holistic analytics framework for recovery programs including third-party agencies and settlements.
• Develop and test dialer strategy, contact cadence, prioritization, and channel sequencing.
• Lead test-and-learn experiments to optimize treatment options and strategies.
• Create and maintain QBR decks with KPIs for third-party agencies.
• Shape digital communications strategy across email, SMS, and AI voice channels.
• Analyze settlement performance and portfolio trends with DSC partners.
• Explore hardship program design and impact on borrower outcomes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Product to implement findings.
• Clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
