You will design data-driven treatments across delinquency stages, run test-and-learn experiments, and drive improvements in cure rates, roll rates, and customer engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has deep collections experience, strong analytics, and the ability to partner across Legal, Compliance, and Operations to implement scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in credit risk or collections strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute collections strategies across delinquency stages.
• Leverage analytics and segmentation to design targeted treatments.
• Lead test-and-learn programs with control/treatment design and validation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to scale strategies.
• Monitor RPC%, PTP%, liquidation curves, and roll rates; report insights to leadership.
