OneMain Financial in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Product Leader to own the Digital App experience for Card Collections and Recovery. You will drive initiatives with business cases to improve net credit loss savings and create cohesive customer journeys across digital channels.

Lead a cross-functional team in engineering, design, operations, and collections strategy; use data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and balance product intuition with customer insight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building digital consumer products.
• Experience leading product teams as a people leader.
• Strong agile experience and process ownership.
• Ability to define product vision and strategy across cross-functional teams.
