The Senior Collections Strategy Analyst will own analytics and strategy across post-charge-off and pre-charge-off recovery operations, build reporting infrastructure, and drive cross-functional partnerships with third-party agencies, DSCs, and hardship programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and ability to query large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build a holistic analytics framework for recovery programs and agency partnerships.
• Design, test, and optimize dialer strategies and contact cadences.
• Lead test-and-learn experiments to improve operational strategy.
• Create quarterly business reviews for third-party collection agencies.
• Own digital communication strategy across email, SMS, and AI voice channels.
• Analyze settlement performance with debt settlement companies and DSCs.
• Evaluate hardship program design and impact on borrower outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc portfolio analytics for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Product to implement analysis-driven strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
