Job summary

Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced Finance leader to direct Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit Operations, and billing functions across the Americas from the US-based organization. The role includes policy creation, KPI reporting, and driving process improvements in the order-to-cash cycle.

You will manage a multi-site team, partner with sales and finance leadership, and influence strategic decisions involving payment terms, collections, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar required.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Finance.
• Ability to understand and analyze financial statements and financial statement risk.
• Experience leading international, cross-functional, or cross-organizational initiatives.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; relocation possible for internal candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, AP, Credit Operations, and US National Billing; manage Americas team.
• Establish AR and AP policies for the Americas and ensure daily compliance.
• Manage budgets for Credit/Collections/AR-Billing/Credit Operations and AP US cost centers.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to assess customer risks and payment terms.
• Direct KPI reporting for orders-to-cash, including DSO, to senior management; drive process improvements.
