Continental is seeking an executive-level finance leader to direct Credit, AR, AP, and related operations in the Americas. This role oversees a multi‑function team of 5 managers and 22 staff across the US and shared service centers, driving process improvements and KPI reporting in the order‑to‑cash cycle.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in finance, broad cross‑functional leadership, and experience with international or matrixed organizations.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
This directly manages and leads 5 people/functions; Credit Manager, Credit Operations Manager, Collections Manager, AP Supervisor, AR-Billing Manager, and a total of 22 employees in the US.
Functionally directs the management of the following markets; Mexico, South America, Canada as well as a shared service center in Philippines on AR and AP functions.
