Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections for the Americas. You will own the end-to-end credit and collections lifecycle, lead a team of managers and analysts, and drive an automation-first strategy to scale cash collection enterprise-wide.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Lead, you will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Customer Success to shape processes, policies, and systems that responsibly extend credit while

Qualifications

• Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows, with measurable improvements.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment and credit reporting tools (e.g., D&B, Experian).
• Hands-on experience with ERP/AR systems and AR automation platforms, shaping workflows and integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with diplomacy for executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Americas credit and collections, including portfolio management and cash forecasting.
• Own the Americas collections automation roadmap and dunning/workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI across the workflow, including risk scoring and automated correspondence.
• Lead and develop a team of credit and collections professionals with clear KPIs (DSO, aging).
• Own credit risk strategy, policy, and terms for Americas customers.
• Partner with Sales/Deal Desk/Legal on terms and credit exposure.
