Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking a Regional Credit Manager to lead the North America credit and collections team from Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise a regional team of supervisors and analysts, drive underwrite processes, and partner with Sales to resolve customer risks and disputes.

You will oversee risk assessment, credit line approvals, and collections actions while ensuring adherence to company policies. This role demands strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong communication across Finance,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Minimum three years' experience managing team members.
• Experience analyzing customer financial statements for credit line underwriting.
• Experience with financially distressed and bankrupt companies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional credit team for North America AR with monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Train, set performance targets, and review results; underwrite credit lines.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate customer risk and approve releases.
• Monitor AR performance, identify risk, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage third-party collections and bankruptcy filings as needed.
• Partner with IT on system enhancements and process improvements.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and effective communication across teams.
