Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an Accounts Payable Regional Manager for the Americas to lead the full-cycle AP process across the region. You will drive timely payments, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with procurement, IT, and the global AP team to optimize operations.

You will manage performance through dashboards, resolve blocking issues, and support regional travel and expense processes, with a focus on accuracy and audit readiness in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations, preferably in a multinational or shared services setup.
• Strong knowledge of Americas regional finance practices, tax rules, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Concur.
• Proficient in Excel with dashboards, metrics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable for the Americas region, ensuring timely payments and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve PO invoice coordination errors and drive backlog reduction.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with procurement, IT, and processing teams.
• Oversee intercompany settlements for Americas entities and coordinate payment scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs via dashboards and provide leadership with insights on backlog and performance.
• Own blocking issues and coordinate with global AP team for resolution and improvements.
• Coordinate regional travel and expense submissions and ensure policy adherence.
• Support statutory and regulatory requirements and audit readiness across regions.
• Participate in global/regional projects to standardize AP practices.
