Job summary

Continental is seeking a senior Finance executive to oversee Credit, AR, AP and collections in the Americas from the US.

You will manage a team of 5 functions and 22 US staff, drive KPI reporting, policy development, and digital transformation in the order-to-cash cycle.

Requires 10+ years finance experience, Bachelor's in Business, strong leadership, and international exposure; relocation available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar.
• 10+ years in Finance.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and risk.
• PM experience leading cross-department initiatives.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Internal candidates must meet exec guidelines (DCfEL etc.).
• 18+ months leading people/projects.
• 18+ months international/cross-functional work.
• International or matrixed organizational experience.
• US work authorization; visa support limited to internal candidates.
• Relocation package possible.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages and leads 5 roles and 22 US employees.
• Set AR/AP policies for Americas and ensure daily operations compliance.
• Maintain US cost center budgets for Credit/Collections/AR-Billing/Credit Operations and AP.
• Drive DSO and KPI reporting to senior management.
• Lead process improvements in order-to-cash and digital transformation.
• Consult management on customer financing and payment risk.
