Job summary

TTI Inc. is seeking a Regional Credit Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead the North America accounts receivable credit team and drive regional credit and collections results.

You will collaborate with the Sales team, manage a supervisor and analysts, and ensure adherence to credit policies while improving efficiency. The role requires strong financial analysis, underwriting and leadership skills, with a focus on risk mitigation and customer problem solving across a global organization based in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Minimum three years’ experience managing a team.
• Experience analyzing customer financial statements for credit line underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional credit team for North America AR performance.

• Monitor AR performance; identify risk and escalate issues.
