Job summary

Continental is seeking an executive-level finance leader to direct Credit, AR, AP, and related operations in the Americas. This role oversees a multi‑function team of 5 managers and 22 staff across the US and shared service centers, driving process improvements and KPI reporting in the order‑to‑cash cycle.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in finance, broad cross‑functional leadership, and experience with international or matrixed organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar required.
• 10+ years of professional finance experience.
• Experience leading large teams and cross‑functional projects.
• International or highly matrixed experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and lead teams across Credit, AR, AP, and related functions.
• Establish and ensure compliance with AR/AP policies for the Americas.
• Manage US Cost Center budgets for Credit/Collections/AR-Billing/AP.
• Partner with Sales Management to assess customer risk and credit decisions.
• Direct daily operations of Credit in the Americas and National Account Billing.
