The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, knowledge of credit policies, and proficient use of analytical software to assess risk and maximize credit quality. Collaboration with portfolio managers is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong credit analysis and analytical skills.
• In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis.
• Background in economics, accounting, and/or finance.
• Effective technical report writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve the extension of credit and/or make recommendations to lending decisions.
• Conduct complete credit analyses including gathering and interpreting credit information.
• Review customer accounts and portfolios to identify credit quality issues and determine actions.
• Use computer software and tools to support credit analysis and recommendations.
