Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to lead the credit analyst team, mentor interns, and perform comprehensive financial analyses for commercial, CRE, and consumer lending. You will manage loan reviews, recommend risk-grade changes, and support policy development.

You will oversee multiple projects, stay current with credit regulations, and provide financial statement information using loan software and MS Office. A strong background in banking and mentoring is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking industry practices relative to commercial banking.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex financial statements.
• Proficiency with financial statement spreading and credit software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess risks in commercial and CRE lending.
• Review borrower's financials including income, cash flow, balance sheets, and tax returns.
• Prepare lens of risk in loan requests and propose structures.
• Mentor and train junior credit analysts and interns.
• Lead loan reviews and support Chief Credit Officer in analyses.
• Maintain and update credit obligations reports for customers.
