Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial credit involving complex transactions.
• Experience in asset based lending required both in underwriting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite commercial loan transactions, including CRE, C&I, leveraged finance, and tax credits.
• Clearly communicate with internal and external customers.
• Work with others to produce needed outcomes and meet deadlines.
• Complete follow-up analysis on financial statements and borrowing base history.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial industry and market conditions.
• Ensure covenant follow-up items are reflected in systems.
• Provide support to lending officers in structuring and analyzing potential transactions.
• Partner with lending units to oversee future loan maturities and pipeline.
