You will gather and analyze financial statements, projections, and reports to determine repayment capacity, develop risk ratings, and structure credit solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7-9 years of banking experience required.
• Experience with financial spread software required.
• Commercial banking experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reads financial statements and appraisals to assess credit risk.
• Prepares financial spreads for CRE, C&I, hospitality, and similar credits.
• Analyzes creditworthiness and recommends risk ratings and structures.
• Mentors Credit Analysts I and II in the mentorship program.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies and federal regulations.
• Partners with Relationship Managers to support loan relationships.
