Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Credit Analyst III to independently evaluate and underwrite complex AgriBusiness commercial credits including CRE, C&I, hospitality, and municipalities. You will analyze financial statements, projections, and reports to assess creditworthiness and adherence to policy, working with Relationship Managers to support loan relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7-9 years of banking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience with financial spread software required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial spreads for various commercial and real estate businesses.
• Independently analyze credit worthiness of commercial applicants and guarantors.
• Analyze findings and author a comprehensive report of analysis.
• Develop recommendations regarding credit approval, modification, renewal, or denial.
• Mentor junior analysts and participate in training programs.
• Support relationship managers with quarterly monitoring reports.
