Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Colorado is seeking a Credit Analyst III to independently evaluate and underwrite complex AgriBusiness commercial credits, including CRE, C&I, and hospitality, supporting loan relationships with emphasis on credit quality and risk mitigation.

You will analyze financial statements, projections, and reports, prepare spreads, determine risk ratings, mentor junior analysts, ensure compliance with bank policies and federal regulations, and contribute to training and portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with financial spread software and credit underwriting is expected.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial spreads for commercial and real estate borrowers.
• Analyze credit worthiness of applicants and guarantors with due diligence.
• Publish a comprehensive credit analysis report with charts and narrative.
• Mentor junior analysts and support relationship managers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies.
