Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist, you’ll shape scalable systems to support rapid growth and improve the Provider experience. You will scope enrollment requirements, submit applications, and guide Providers through each step, collaborating with cross-functional teams for payer launches and educating teams as new processes and payers are

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare, working with health plans or credentialing.
• 2+ years enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally across teams.
• Experience documenting and optimizing new processes.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM/ticketing tools; quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Improve Provider experience by ensuring timely credentialing and enrollment.
• Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations.
• Submit applications and guide Providers through each step of the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches.
• Educate and support credentialing associates as new payers are introduced.
