Rula is a remote-first company hiring across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii). As a Sr. Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist, you will help scale systems that support rapid growth by ensuring timely credentialing and enrollment for providers and guiding teams through payer launches.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, document new processes, and educate credentialing teammates as payers are introduced, with a focus on clear, accessible information and positive impact.

Formación

• 3+ years in healthcare with health insurance plans, networks, or credentialing verification organizations.
• 2+ years enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
• Experience working across teams cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success).
• Experience developing, documenting, and optimizing new processes into easy-to-understand documentation.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and CRM / ticketing platforms, with ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment for providers.
• Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations and submissions.
• Guide providers through each step of the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches.
• Educate and support credentialing associates as new payers are introduced.
