Job summary

Nourish, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing / Enrollment Senior Associate to support credentialing and payer enrollments across providers, with a focus on accuracy and scalable processes.

This is a full-time role offering remote work or NYC-based options. You will work cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth enrollment and credentialing workflows, delivering timely, compliant results for providers and patients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payer enrollment and/or credentialing.
• Familiar with payer enrollment and credentialing requirements across provider types.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable learning and using new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and improving the credentialing program.
• Own end-to-end payer enrollment applications for providers.
• Suggest automation or tools to streamline workflows.
• Develop SOPs for enrollment and credentialing processes.
• Provide support to dietitians and payers; manage communications.
• Monitor metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share updates.
