Rula is a remote-first company focused on making mental health care more accessible by streamlining credentialing and enrollment for providers. This role supports rapid growth and directly improves the provider experience.

As a Sr. Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist, you’ll scope enrollment requirements for new payers, submit applications, and guide providers through each step. You’ll educate teammates as processes and payers evolve, collaborating across teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare with or for health plans, networks, or credentialing organizations.
• 2+ years enrolling providers with regional or national payers.
• Experience working cross-functionally (Account Delivery or Provider Success).
• Ability to document and optimize new processes clearly.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and CRM / ticketing platforms; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Credentialing and enrollment for providers to enable timely payer setup.
• Scope enrollment requirements for new payer implementations.
• Submit applications and guide providers through each step of the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches.
• Educate and support credentialing and enrollment associates as processes evolve.
