Job summary

Rula, a remote-first mental healthcare company, is hiring a Provider Success Associate to build strong partnerships with providers, manage a portfolio, and drive engagement and growth.

You will collaborate across teams to remove barriers, use data to show impact, and help providers grow their practices while supporting Rula’s mission to improve access to care.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in customer success or account management, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Equivalent of 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or similar.
• Experience in external customer-facing roles with clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing an individual book of business independently with strong organization.
• Experience understanding and communicating key metrics.
