With 3–4 years in performance marketing design and expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, you’ll translate briefs into compelling, on-brand designs and iteratively improve performance based on data.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of design experience in performance marketing or DTC ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Figma for collaboration and file organization.
• Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator; portfolio shows direct response design.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing static graphics for Meta ad campaigns across feed, stories, and reels.
• Create conversion-focused landing pages aligned with ad messaging.
• Translate briefs into visually compelling designs and iterate based on data.
• Maintain brand standards across multiple client accounts and formats.
