RetentionX Inc. is seeking a Brand Strategist to join our Customer Success team and be a trusted partner for global brands, guiding onboarding and delivering strategic insights that drive growth.

This fully remote role requires 2+ years in a DTC eCommerce brand, strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads and Klaviyo, and a data-driven, proactive mindset to turn insights into results. You will create training materials, webinars, and case studies, and present recommendations to clients while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a DTC eCommerce brand.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads and Klaviyo.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with initiative.
• Data-driven approach with ability to translate analytics into growth.
• Exceptional communication, written and spoken English (US).
• Ability to present findings and strategies clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of global brands.
• Guide new brands through onboarding and ensure a smooth start with RetentionX.
• Provide ongoing training and strategic advice to maximize platform value.
• Demonstrate the platform to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
• Create educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars.
• Stay ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to grow expertise.
