Job summary

Cantina Labs, a social AI company, seeks a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance marketing creative strategy and production at scale. You will drive concept-driven ads, manage external agencies and in-house teams, and shape the creative direction across channels to maximize downloads and engagement.

You will oversee AI-enabled production, define testing frameworks, and collaborate with leadership to push the boundaries of creative quality and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative direction for performance marketing.
• Experience building creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale.
• Bias for clear systems and processes.
• Active use of AI tools, automation, and workflows.
• Data fluency: capability to ingest and translate campaign data into creative direction.
• Demonstrated portfolio of high-performing performance creative, especially short-form video ads.
• Deep understanding of consumer marketing landscapes and major channels (Meta, TikTok).
• Proven ability to collaborate with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Track record of driving measurable impact through creative quality and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct scaled creative across all performance marketing surfaces with multi-million dollar ad spend.
• Develop performance creative concepts based on Cantina product and use-cases.
• Build and own high-volume, iterative ad production processes using traditional and AI methods.
• Define creative strategies and vision for AI-generated ads.
• Own creative performance analytics and iterate on top-performing concepts.
• Set inputs for creative testing plans to optimize results.
• Manage external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output across channels.
• Lead regular creative brainstorms, reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Oversee scalable creative review processes and establish quality standards for high-volume output.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in performance creative.
