Qualifications

• 5-9 years of creative experience within performance marketing.
• Managed a small team and delegated work with constructive feedback.
• Experience with Meta and Google advertising, creative testing and performance analytics.
• Active experimentation with AI creative tools and practical examples.
• Strong ability to present creative thinking and performance recommendations to clients.
• Copywriting background preferred; design background welcome; familiarity with design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own client creative relationships, presenting concepts, results and recommendations.
• Turn business goals and audience insights into creative testing plans.
• Develop hooks, messaging, scripts and production briefs across paid social, video, display and other digital channels.
• Direct employees, freelancers and contractors with clear priorities and actionable feedback; partner with media buyers to guide next rounds.
• Apply AI tools to ideation and production while maintaining brand standards and quality.
