Job summary

CapsLock is seeking a Marketing Design Team Lead to fuse creative leadership with AI-driven design for performance marketing. You will scale a team from 3 to 6 AI-driven Creative Designers producing static ads and photoreal AI visuals across paid media channels.

You will own the visual creative engine, shaping concepts, tests, and tooling, and collaborate with Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, and Video Editors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing.
• Strong processes and proactive problem solving.
• Excellent project management with strict deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of AI-driven Creative Designers from 3 to 6.
• Own production flow including task distribution, capacity planning and QC.
• Set creative direction to drive engagement and conversions.
• Generate and test ideas, informed by data and trends.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, Video Editors.
• Work with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer on tooling and workflows.
