Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance-focused creative strategy.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Advanced, practical experience using AI for research, analysis, workflow design, or creative enablement.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new creative concepts for video and static ads.
• Run research to uncover motivations, objections, and pain points.
• Translate performance into strategy with sharp briefs and testing hypotheses.
• Build CDM's creative-strategy frameworks and shared learning repository.
• Coach team members to elevate creative thinking across the department.
• Develop AI-powered workflows to accelerate research and production.
