Job summary

Cantina, Inc. is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance marketing and AI-driven creative initiatives.

You'll shape concept-driven ads, manage agencies and in-house teams, and drive scalable campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You bring 5+ years of creative leadership in performance marketing, a strong portfolio of high-performing short-form video, and a data-informed approach to optimize creative and CPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in creative direction for performance marketing.
• Experience building testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale.
• Active use of AI tools, automation, and workflows.
• Data fluency: translate insights into creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Produce and direct scaled creative across performance surfaces with multi-million dollar ad spend.
• Develop performance creative concepts built on Cantina as a product and use-cases.
• Build and own processes for high-volume, iterative ads leveraging traditional and AI production.
• Define creative strategies and vision for AI-generated ads.
• Own creative performance analytics to track and iterate on top concepts.
• Set inputs across testing plans to optimize creative.
• Manage external agencies and cross-functional teams for high-quality output.
• Lead regular creative brainstorms, reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Oversee QC for in-house and external creatives with scalable review processes.
• Stay up-to-date on technologies and best practices in performance creative.
