Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader for AWS Support Studio dedicated to shaping how customers experience AWS Support through video, digital, and social content.

This role drives creative direction at scale in a fast-moving AI-enabled environment. You will partner with cross-functional teams, define metrics, and build frameworks to measure revenue impact while evolving the creative engine with AI-powered processes and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house team.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of social/content distribution strategy experience.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or solving complex business challenges with financial models and recommendations.
• Experience designing, planning, and delivering content projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic creative vision for Support Studio and translate objectives into measurable strategies.
• Partner with the AWS Social Media Team to develop social-first content strategies.
• Lead strategy for creative experiences that showcase the value proposition of premium AWS Support tiers.
• Evaluate and scale generative AI tools to augment creative production and define AI-human collaboration.
• Define the quality bar for AI-generated creative and ensure brand alignment.
• Build measurement infrastructure for creative impact including attribution models and A/B testing.
• Influence across a matrixed organization and secure alignment with stakeholders.
• Translate data insights into creative briefs and shared decision-making frameworks.
• Roadmap AI-augmented team capabilities and assess readiness across workflows.
