You will shape search strategies, assess portfolios and capabilities, advise stakeholders, and move high-quality candidates through the process with urgency and care.

- Proven success recruiting creative, marketing, digital, and experience design professionals.
- Strong partnering with hiring teams to translate business needs into clear role profiles and search criteria.
- Ability to engage passive talent and close experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for creative, marketing, digital, UX/UI, content, design, and related talent.
- Partner with hiring leaders to translate business needs into role profiles and evaluation criteria.
- Build targeted sourcing plans using market intelligence, referrals, and AI-enabled tools.
- Evaluate portfolios and capabilities for alignment with role and work environment.
- Deliver consultative candidate recommendations and influence selection decisions.
