Job summary

Horizontal is seeking a competitive, high-energy recruiter in Minnesota who will source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent, including UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, and developers.

You’ll use automation and AI platforms to accelerate placements, manage multiple searches, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in recruiting not explicitly required but a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

What you’ll do

• Source, recruit, and close top creative and digital talent (UX/UI, marketing, content, PMs, developers, and more)
• Leverage various technology, automation, and AI platforms to drive placements and a great candidate
• Manage multiple searches at once and own the full recruiting lifecycle
• Cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and candidate management
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate relationships
• Consistently attend industry networking events
• Hit activity and performance metrics in a high-output environment

Compensation & Upside

• In this role, you'll enjoy a competitive base salary of $45,000-$55,000/year depending upon experience, along with commission-based earnings. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this
