Job summary

Headway is seeking an experienced Staff Recruiter to own our most complex and senior design searches. You will partner directly with the CPO and leadership teams to design the right hiring strategy, shape the talent bar, and deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will operate as a true talent advisor, running end-to-end searches across Product Design and Product Analytics/Research, building durable pipelines while ensuring a thoughtful, executive-grade candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments.
• Experience hiring senior, director, and VP-level design & creative talent.
• Experience recruiting Product Design or Creative talent.
• Ability to influence executives with data, market insight, and structured thinking.
• Build structured search plans and pipelines for critical roles.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end design/creative searches from senior ICs to Director+ leaders.
• Partner with CPO, VPs of Product and Design to design hiring strategies.
• Act as a talent advisor and search leader for senior roles.
• Diagnose hiring problems and architect structured search processes.
• Build world-class pipelines for design/creative talent.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with executive-level care.
