Client Overview

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding creative organization specializing in culture, design, content creation, experiential marketing, branding, digital experiences, and production.

This is a 1-2 month contract role.

Must have recruitment experience within a creative agency, production company, in-house creative team.

Role Overview

You will support both talent acquisition and human resources operations, serving as a key partner to the People team. This position is heavily focused on recruiting efforts while also contributing to employee experience, onboarding, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to contribute to the growth and development of a creative workforce.

Temporary Recruiter Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of creative, production, and corporate positions.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Behance, Vimeo, Dribbble, networking channels, and industry talent communities.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes from start to finish.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop interview scorecards, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Create and update job descriptions, candidate outreach messaging, and offer documentation.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
• Ensure applicant tracking systems remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
• Support onboarding activities, including offer processing, new hire documentation, and first-day readiness.
• Provide day-to-day support for employee questions and People team initiatives.

Temp Recruiter Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR operations, People Operations, or a related human resources function.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for creative, production, marketing, design, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience conducting candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within a creative agency, production company, in-house creative team, or similar environment.
