Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a Sr. Transaction Manager to lead complex lease and capital transactions and oversee Analysts and other managers. You will drive client relationships and strategic planning while ensuring accurate reporting and budgeting.

The role requires 5–8 years in transaction management with CRE experience, strong negotiation, and comprehensive financial acumen, supporting teams across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience with at least 4-8 years as a Transaction Manager, CRE experience.
• Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organization/planning and process skills.

Responsibilities

• Assume key transaction responsibilities for strategic clients.
• Provide advice on client transactions.
• Attend regular client meetings and conference calls.
• Improve client transaction management processes.
• Work directly with clients and team members to resolve financial model, transaction and landlord issues.
• Manage building tours with the client.
• Manage transaction reporting to the clients.
