Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Transaction Analyst to support the complete lifecycle of commercial lease transactions in a high-volume setting. You will abstract leases, analyze documents, draft drafts, and coordinate data across multiple systems with close collaboration with Transaction Managers and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leases and CRE terminology.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with client service focus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, analyze, and interpret commercial lease documents with meticulous accuracy.
• Onboard new projects by abstracting data into company systems and pre-drafting lease documents for review.
• Draft commercial lease documents under manager oversight with strict quality control.
• Maintain accurate data across all databases including owner contact info and transaction status.
• Review packages with checklists, verifying documentation and addressing deficiencies.
• Monitor emails for executed transactions; complete database closeouts and organize electronic files.
• Submit invoices and supporting docs to finance; ensure proper formatting and filing.
• Participate in special projects and data initiatives delivering accurate results on deadline.
• Build productive relationships with client teams, managers and leadership through responsive service.
