Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to work on strategic and operational corporate real estate issues within a global CRE practice. You will partner with leadership to deliver innovative solutions and manage client engagements in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months. Prior consulting and real estate experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• To be effective in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate practice, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology, during major M&A and divestiture engagements, or during corporate transformations.
• As a Senior Associate-Consultant, you will spend your days working on strategic and / or operational corporate real estate issues, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
