Job summary

You will work with leadership to deliver innovative CRE solutions, manage client engagements, and develop senior-level client relationships across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline corporate real estate and facilities management services.
• Support transaction advisory engagements, including pre-deal due diligence, integration support and/or separation support.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of corporate real estate functional areas and the transaction lifecycle.
