Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to join its Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate practice. You will work on complex CRE engagements, advising clients through major transformations and transactions.

You will partner with practice leaders, manage client relationships, and develop innovative, data-driven solutions while mentoring junior staff and delivering high-quality proposals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work longer hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Make intelligent decisions on people, place, and technology during M&A engagements or corporate transformations.
• Lead CRE issues and advise on strategic, operational, and analytical matters.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple task assignments.
