Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, invites you to join as a Senior Associate-Consultant within the Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate practice. You will help shape real estate strategy during major transactions and transformations, collaborating with cross-functional teams on client engagements and data-driven insights.

You will develop proposals, deliver high-quality analyses, and mentor junior staff while thriving in a flexible, hybrid environment across client sites and EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field with 2+ years of related experience, or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and execution engagements in corporate real estate and M&A contexts.
• Work with leadership to deliver innovative CRE solutions for clients.
• Develop proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
