Job summary

EY-Parthenon in New Jersey seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to advance Strategy and Execution in Corporate Real Estate. You will contribute to high-profile CRE engagements, deliver innovative solutions, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across advisory services.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, client-facing experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel may be required, and you will mentor junior staff while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field with ~2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline is preferred.
• Experience supporting business development and delivering strategic projects for large clients in corporate real estate, management/transaction advisory.
• Experience leading project management activities, including resource planning, scheduling, pricing, and budgeting.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; strong analytical capabilities to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Work on strategic and/or operational CRE issues with leadership and client management.
• Deliver innovative CRE solutions and manage engagements from start to finish.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team problem solving.
• Maintain high quality of deliverables and client relationships.
