BOK Financial in Newport Beach is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager IV for the CRE division to originate and service a varied CRE investor/developer portfolio. You will build long-term client relationships, bring in new business, and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together.

The role requires relationship management and credit experience serving real estate clients within a specialized portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years’ experience in commercial lending or 14–16 years’ equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new prospects and markets to develop new business.
• Use financial and product knowledge to determine client needs and create solutions.
• Structure loans, assess risk, and ensure regulatory compliance in lending.
• Get deals approved using business and credit acumen.
