Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or related area.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage relationships.
- Strong credit knowledge and banking regulation familiarity.
- Proficient in MS Office and banking core systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitable commercial banking relationships with focus on CRE, construction lending, and related deposits.
- Originate, evaluate, and structure CRE and other loans per credit standards.
- Manage and grow loan and deposit portfolio, monitor credit quality and borrower risk.
- Identify customer needs and introduce deposit, treasury, and other bank products.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations to facilitate loan processes.
- Maintain active pipeline and provide forecasts of loan and deposit production.
