Qualifications

• 10+ years CRE lending experience.
• Experience originating CRE loans in the $2MM–$25MM range.
• Strong credit and underwriting judgment; knowledge of DSCR, LTV, guarantor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new CRE lending relationships through proactive networking and COIs.
• Own and manage a robust CRE loan pipeline from initial contact to closing.
• Lead underwriting and credit analysis, structuring, and risk mitigation for CRE transactions.
