Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships to generate direct deal flow and grow assets.
• Coordinates the team approach to approving and closing new deals.
• Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand relationships.
• Monitor credit quality through timely financial statements and reporting.
• Responsible for managing bank risk exposure to acceptable levels.
• Collaborate with Credit and outside counsel to prepare credit documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• May mentor less experienced Relationship Managers.
