Job summary

New Omni Bank, National Association in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow our commercial lending relationships. You will originate and service loans, focus on commercial real estate and construction lending, and collaborate with Credit and Operations to ensure timely funding and quality credit.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics and at least five years of commercial lending experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with banking core systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable commercial banking relationships through active business development and referrals.
• Originate, evaluate, and structure commercial real estate and construction loans.
• Manage a loan and deposit portfolio with a focus on credit quality.
• Coordinate with Credit, Loan Operations, and Deposit Operations to facilitate loan approval and funding.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide forecasts of loan production.
