Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRE lending experience.
• Knowledge of CRE product types (Bridge, Perm, LOC).
• Experience supporting transactions in the $5M–$30M range.
• Experience with ground-up construction properties.
• Ability to identify risks related to sponsor strength, market conditions, tenancy, cash flow, and collateral quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and credit analysis for CRE transactions.
• Apply market-standard credit metrics (DSCR, LTV, covenants) and scenario analysis.
• Evaluate collateral and market fundamentals, including submarket conditions and rent comparables.
• Structure transactions with terms, pricing, and risk mitigants including covenants and reserves.
