Qualifications

• 5+ years of account relationship management experience.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and CRE preferred.
• 5+ years of deposits and TM experience.
• Formal credit training such as RMA, Omega CLB, or Banking School preferred.
• Experience in structuring and pricing loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel/Word).
• Sales and leadership abilities; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Expand, manage and optimize a portfolio of CRE clients.
• Lead acquisition and documentation of loan and deposit transactions.
• Coordinate credit applications and credit administration.
• Structure and price loan, deposit and TM relationships.
• Present credit requests to senior management or Loan Committee.
• Refer appropriate banking opportunities to other departments.
