Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager II-CRE in Hicksville, NY to originate, structure, price, underwrite and close commercial real estate loans. You will manage a moderately complex CRE portfolio, build relationships with sponsors and borrowers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize approvals, funding, and profitability.

You will work with portfolio managers to monitor credit quality, stay compliant with laws, and identify opportunities to grow assets and revenue.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Lending Relationship Manager.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial lending credit.

Responsibilities

• New business origination and deal flow generation for CRE loans.
• Coordinate team approach to approve and close new deals.
• Manage relationships with sponsors and borrowers.
